Meet the Directors
Larry Russen
BSc PGCE FRICS FBEng IRRV
Larry Russen qualified as a Chartered Surveyor in 1978. He became a Fellow of the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors in 1987 and so offers over 26 years of post qualification experience.
Larry is also a SAVA (Surveyors and Valuers Accreditation) assessor and internal verifier for the new Home Condition Report scheme and teaches “Fast Track” Home Inspector candidates; alongside this Larry has lectured on Civil Engineering.
Edward Weightman
BSc (Hons) MRICS FNAEA Commercial
Ed Weightman has held his qualification as a Bachelor of Science (Hons) in Land Management since 1994 and qualified as a Professional Member of the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors in 1996.
Ed worked with a company of International property Consultants in London between 1994 and 1996 gaining experience in portfolio valuations for large PLC’s, Mortgage Valuations on behalf of main High Street Banks as well as Strategic Property Management on behalf of a National Employment Agency before joining Russen & Turner in 1997.
Mark Lock
MNAEA-Estate Agency
Mark Lock has been in Estate Agency for more than 15 years, starting his career in property with a new homes builder. Mark went on to become a Lister (valuer) for a large chain of corporate estate agents and then became a branch manager before joining Russen and Turner in 1996 as a valuer.
A member of the NAEA (National Association of Estate Agents) Mark worked his way through the ranks at Russen & Turner to become a Branch Manager and then Director of Residential Estate Agency.
Sarah Willis
MNAEA Managing Director
Sarah Willis joined Russen and Turner’s Estate Agency department in June 1993, having previously worked for a Corporate Company. Over the last fifteen years she has worked in the King’s Lynn, Swaffham and Wisbech Offices. In 2000 she was appointed as Practice Manager and most recently as the Managing Director. She works closely with the Business Support Services Unit providing the essential support functions that Russen and Turner need to assist their customers.
